This SmartCode and Charrette Plan was done per the SmartCode zoning required by the Town of Flagstaff, Arizona for this property. The site is forested with ponderosa pines and has beautiful views of the San Francisco peaks. Fisher Town Design was the Director of Design for the charrette. The design includes a small neighborhood park on J. W. Powell Blvd. and a range of housing types to reach the affordable goals. Mansion apartments on the west allow a graceful transition to the low density residential neighborhood across the boulevard. Peter Bourgois of BMA Architects was the Landscape Architect & charrette manager and Steve Dorsett of Shapes & Forms was the architect.
