This project envisons a walkable European village on 320 acres in El Dorado Hills. Its design will inspire visitors and residents alike to walk instead of drive to everyday destinations. The site is located next to Highway 50 and many tourists drive by the site on their way to and from Lake Tahoe. The site has wonderful views to Sacramento, beautiful oak trees and a rich gold rush architectural history. In fact two wagon trails run through the site. It is envisoned that the greenhouse gas emissions from this development will be much less than the typical project in El Dorado Hills.
