Carmel Indiana, a properous suburb of Indianapolis, is experiencing growth pains as it tries to evolve into a more urban and walkable town. Fisher Town Design was the SmartCode specialist for TPUDC and analyzed the existing conditions in the center of the town, noting areas of opportunities as well as constraints for the Regulating Plan and SmartCode. Fisher Town Design assisted at the public workshops and prepared the Priority Development Zone map & researched the Site Analysis Map.
